Before-sales service

We provide design expertise to the customer in order to help them make their conceptual design into reality. Our business staff collects user’s requirements and specifications, which are spelled out in the quotation for the customer’s benefit. Upon confirmation of order, our design staff will go through a final round of technical review prior to the implementation of the project manufacturing.

After-sales service

We provide professional installation of our equipment at the customer’s site. During installation and commissioning, our team of service engineers will ensure that our machines are tune to perform at its best possible function.

Our service engineers are also on standby to cater to on-site repair at customers’ site.

Training & Support

Training to customers’ technical and operation staff is provided for all our machine orders. Machine operational manuals are also provided to help customer understands our machine better and also for ease of ordering of replacement parts.
