Overview
The machine is designed to take up minimum
floor space with its compact layout. The substrate
is lay-up on the machine. Once set-up is done,
the machine shall be able to run continuously.
Tension and Web-guide is controlled automatically
by the closed loop tension controllers and its
corresponding transducers. The machine can be
set to run on 3 different modes, namely, Random,
Pre-determined and Manual. Operator can inspect
the substrate by means of the scope or on the
LCD display. Defects found can be input into
the system for filing. Data can then be retrieve
via Excel formats for analysis.

is then aligned with the substrate. The machine
can run single or dual side. Once set-up is
done, the machine shall be able to run continuously.

capable of running with mist spray for wet lamination.
